What a great First Aid training session with Bernie! He was on the ball and had everyone actively engaged throughout the session. Training room at the Scout Hall in Pialba was a great venue. Booked a 4-hr session for CPR and First Aid. The session itself is wonderful. Judy’s delivery was very engaging and informative, especially some recent updates on regulations and procedures, combining with inspiring stories. I had plenty of time to learn from both theories and practices. Just two concerns - the price match doesn’t work well. Even if I checked out with a discounted price displayed, they still charged me full price. I called the CS and they said it is a system error. Hope they will fix this soon; and I didn’t receive the certificate on the same day, as advertised, so anyone who is in urgent of getting the certificate needs to be prepared for some admin delays as well.
